CNA Qualifications

• Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
• Monitor and accurately record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Support patient mobility and safe transfers as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
