Village Caregiving Cleveland is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our team in the Strongsville/Brunswick, OH areas. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and the ability to support clients at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene for elderly or recovering patients, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Support mobility around the home
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report incidents and respond promptly to emergencies
• Assist with activities of daily living, including serving meals

Qualifications

• Enjoy one-on-one patient care and eager to learn new skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and supportive attitude
• Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
• Willing to enforce health and safety standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA
• Hoyer Lift experience (if applicable)
