Essential Functions of Concierge CNA:

  • Must possess a CNA licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • Perform room checks to ensure rooms are tour-ready and move-in ready.
  • Identify and prepare for pending admissions, working closely with the marketing and admissions department.
  • Identify and prepare for pending discharges, collaborating with Social Services.
  • Review the daily menu and check residents' needs and wants.
  • Answer call lights promptly.
  • Schedule and attend the 72-hour admission meeting with families.
  • Assist dietary and nursing staff with passing snacks if needed.
  • Ensure lounge areas are tidy, welcoming, and free of trash or outdated materials during rounds.
  • Maintain a "look who is going home" message board outside the therapy area (with resident approval) to share success stories.
  • Address questions from families or residents, and follow up if unable to answer immediately.
  • Notify residents about facility activities such as bingo, cooking, or entertainment.
  • Check equipment in residents' rooms for safety and functionality.
  • Ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements of Concierge CNA:

  • High School Diploma, HSD equivalency, or GED.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Valid CNA certification in Missouri.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Pay, Benefits, and Perks:

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.
  • Competitive pay based on experience.

  • 8 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO+) after 30 days, with accrual of more PTO over time (full-time).
  • Earn 8 bonus hours of PTO+ per quarter for perfect attendance (full-time).

  • Up to $5,000 annually in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs.
  • Option to take home up to 75% of net wages at shift end.
