Overview

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week travel assignment in Roseau, Minnesota. You will provide direct patient care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team. Location: Facility in Roseau, Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Assist with feeding and meal support as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Document patient care and observations accurately and timely
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
• Perform other duties within the scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent CNA experience
• Valid CNA registration in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Other certifications may be required depending on facility requirements

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication
• English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions; basic PC skills
• Physical ability to remain stationary, move equipment, push/pull, and bend
• Ability to work effectively with diverse healthcare teams
• Fine motor skills and ability to assist with procedures and equipment
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain attention to detail
• Visual acuity and effective communication abilities
