As a CNA at Rock Creek, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive quality, compassionate care. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
- Taking vital signs, recording intake/output, and reporting condition changes to nurses
- Helping with meals, hydration, and after-meal care
- Transporting residents to meals, activities, and appointments
- Ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and ready for residents
- Observing and reporting skin conditions, safety concerns, and overall well-being
- Supporting restorative and rehabilitative care plans
- Providing kindness, dignity, and respect in every interaction
- Active CNA certification in California (required)
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to resident-centered care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependability for scheduled AM shifts
