Job Description

Security Investigator

Conduct internal investigations related to theft, violence, and property damage, including covert operations onsite. Ensure investigations conform to client security management approval.

Candidate criteria include:

• Minimum 5 years of investigative experience in the private sector.
• Certification in interviewing techniques (Wicklander and Zulawiski or Reed preferred).
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-year degree or certification in investigations, criminal justice, or business.

Scope of Work:

• Review security reports and generate cases.
• Identify misconduct via surveillance and access reports.
• Conduct investigations across Memphis Distribution Center Market.
• Interview employees and respond to incidents 24/7.
• Coordinate weekly schedules with security management.
• Report trends and ongoing investigations regularly.
• Collaborate with authorities and prepare investigation reports.
