Are you a seasoned architect passionate about corporate interior design and ready to take the lead on high-profile workplace and capital improvement projects?
Our NYC-based client, a top-tier architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Interiors to join their team. This is a dynamic role where you'll mentor junior staff , collaborate with ownership and directors, and lead design documentation and construction administration for office interiors, lobbies, and core facilities across the U.S.
🛠 What You'll Do:
- Guide junior team members and enhance deliverables
- Lead code reviews, drawing sets, and consultant coordination
- Own AutoCAD production for all project phases
- Work on exciting office interiors and real estate-driven renovations for both landlords and tenants
- Collaborate with MEP, structural, and acoustical consultants
- Ensure filing compliance and assist with CA, shop drawings & submittals
🎯 What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in a corporate interiors architecture firm
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Expert knowledge of interior construction & detailing
- AutoCAD proficiency (must-have)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience reviewing shop drawings & submittals with awareness of cost/schedule impacts
