Our client, a fast-growing AI company that is already reaching unparalleled success, is seeking an Office Manager to join their world-class team! They’re looking for someone special to shape the physical heartbeat of their new HQ located in a stunning space in SoMa!
This isn’t your typical Office Manager position - it’s about crafting an environment where people want to show up—where everything flows, everyone feels supported, and no detail gets missed.
This role is 5 days onsite in SoMA with occasional onsite requirements on Saturdays.
Salary: $85 - 100k base + Bonus + Equity
In this role, you’ll:
- Set the tone: Sit at Reception, greet guests, prep interview spaces, and create a welcoming, polished experience for everyone who walks through the door
- Manage the flow: Oversee vendors, supplies, room bookings, tech issues, and more
- Support key moments: Help with high-priority interviews, internal events, and offsites
- Own the systems: Build lightweight processes that keep everything humming
