A fast-paced fashion/lifestyle brand is looking for an Office Manager to take the lead on day-to-day office operations, culture-building, and event planning. This is a temp-to-perm (or full time for the right candidate) role with an immediate start.
This is a high-visibility, people-facing role ideal for someone who is outgoing, polished, resourceful, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.
What You\'ll Be Doing: Overseeing daily office operations (supplies, cleaning services, facilities support)
Managing vendor relationships for food, beverages, office needs, and maintenance
Leading monthly internal event planning — sourcing vendors, setting up, and executing
Greeting guests and sitting at the front desk as the face of the office
Setting up desks for new hires and preparing conference rooms for meetings (light tech; IT support available)
Partnering with HR and other teams to support a smooth, well-run environment
What They\'re Looking For: Someone extremely personable, outgoing, and proactive
Prior experience in office management, facilities, or event planning
Ability to manage vendors and logistics independently
Comfortable being in a front-facing role with strong communication and presence
Familiarity with Google Suite and basic tech setup (AV, meeting rooms)
Someone who is fashion-aware but humble — confident, not flashy
Schedule: Onsite in Boston Monday–Thursday weekly
Occasional flexibility to come in Monday or Friday if needed (rare)
