Job Title: Office Manager Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $19 per hour Benefits: Eligible after 1 year of service Work Location: In-Office | Owings Mills, MD
Position Summary
Under limited supervision, the Office Manager provides a variety of administrative and clerical services to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a thorough knowledge of departmental practices and procedures, as well as responsibility for maintaining a clean, welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Receive and distribute communications; collect and send correspondence.
- Copy, file, and maintain important records and documents.
- Field incoming calls, answer questions, and forward messages as needed.
- Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems.
- Order and manage office/clinical supplies and equipment, including related expense tracking.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned.
- Light Housekeeping Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen/staff lounge.
- Clean fridge and freezer once per week.
- Vacuum all office and day room areas at the beginning and end of shift.
- Ensure shared spaces remain neat, sanitary, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Must have reliable transportation.
