Overview

Job Title: Office Manager Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $19 per hour Benefits: Eligible after 1 year of service Work Location: In-Office | Owings Mills, MD

Position Summary

Under limited supervision, the Office Manager provides a variety of administrative and clerical services to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a thorough knowledge of departmental practices and procedures, as well as responsibility for maintaining a clean, welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties
    • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
    • Receive and distribute communications; collect and send correspondence.
    • Copy, file, and maintain important records and documents.
    • Field incoming calls, answer questions, and forward messages as needed.
    • Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems.
    • Order and manage office/clinical supplies and equipment, including related expense tracking.
    • Perform other clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Light Housekeeping Duties
    • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen/staff lounge.
    • Clean fridge and freezer once per week.
    • Vacuum all office and day room areas at the beginning and end of shift.
    • Ensure shared spaces remain neat, sanitary, and welcoming for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
