Truity Partners is supporting a client in the Richfield, WI area with their search for an Office Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity (permanent from day one), 100% onsite, with regular 8:00am–5:00pm hours.
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including phones, visitors, mail, and supplies
- Enter bills, process invoices, track expenses, and prepare reports
- Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, employee records, and general inquiries
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including documentation and compliance tracking
- Assist leadership with scheduling, meetings, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior administrative, office management, or similar experience required
- Background in construction or related industries strongly preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with accounting/ERP systems a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset
