What You’ll Do:
You’ll report to the Night Operations Shift Manager and lead the floor operations for our night crew. From scheduling and performance coaching to overseeing safe and efficient order fulfillment, you’ll play a key role in driving warehouse productivity and team success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare & manage weekly work schedules to minimize overtime
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate order selectors & forklift operators
- Track productivity and conduct performance check-ins
- Ensure orders are accurate, safe, and within DOT regulations
- Oversee training, safety culture, and operational SOP compliance
- Approve payroll and maintain accurate HR documentation
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations & team supervision
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Basic computer skills & familiarity with warehouse tech systems
- Understanding of OSHA, HACCP, inventory control, and safety standards
