Primary Duties
- Property inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections of the property during the night to ensure safety and security.
- Guest services: Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours, provide excellent customer service, and address guest needs or concerns.
- Laundry duties: Complete laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Vacuum, dust, and sanitize public areas; ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed; perform room preps for rooms not cleared during the day shift.
- Emergency procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs of the property and guests are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in solving problems.
Physical Requirements
- Tasks involve kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
