Overview

Night Guest Attendant at LivAway Suites in Richland, WA. Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem-solving Night Guest Attendant. This is a highly visible customer service role where you will be the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests, primarily during the overnight shift.

Primary Duties

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular overnight inspections to ensure safety and security of the property.
  • Guest Services: Assist with after-hours check-in and check-out, provide excellent customer service, and address guest needs or concerns.
  • Laundry Duties: Perform laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock and distribute cleaning supplies, and perform room preps when daytime housekeeping was unable to clear rooms.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive in solving problems.

Physical Requirements

  • Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
