Job Title: Night Dispatcher III
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 40 Regular Hours + 44 OT Hours (after initial training period)

Position Overview We are seeking a Night Dispatcher III to support oilfield transportation operations. This role will assist in transportation planning, real-time driver activity monitoring, and data verification while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant distribution of materials, equipment, production water, and service work. Candidates should bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Oilfield and transportation management experience is strongly preferred.
Please note: The first 2–3 weeks will be worked on a Monday–Friday day shift, then transition to the permanent night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with vendors, XTO field/office operations, and ADAPTS teams
- Assign, track, and record workflow using Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and Excel
- Identify vendor expectations and align activities with contractual obligations
- Coordinate job orders via phone, email, or work order software (haul/disposal, production water, waste, service work, etc.)
- Maintain ongoing contact with field/management personnel; provide daily job status updates via email and real-time alerts if necessary
- Create and maintain accurate daily work logs
- Problem-solve issues/discrepancies promptly to minimize production impact
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or logistics training preferred
- 3+ years of dispatch, logistics, or oilfield transportation experience
- Proficiency with Excel and transportation management systems (Gemini, Airtable, Open Invoice, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Transportation and/or oilfield background highly preferred
