About Our Organization: Microtel Inn & Suites Bridgeport is located at Charles Pointe, adjacent to the Bridgeport Conference Center, a Regional Conference Facility in North Central West Virginia. It is the ideal choice for business conferences, social events, or retreats, combining modern accommodations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Position Summary: The Night Auditor works nightly from 11 pm to 7 am. Responsibilities include running computer programs to close out each day’s work, preparing the hotel for the next day, and performing duties of a Front Desk Attendant, including sales, customer service, and accounting functions related to guest registration and revenue reporting.

Requirements:

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

  • High School Diploma or GED.


Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Engaging cheerfully with guests.
  2. Completing reports to record and report daily business.
  3. Selling rooms and making reservations in advance.
  4. Promoting our meeting and banquet facilities.
  5. Reconciling guest transactions.
  6. Setting up the breakfast bar for morning service.
  7. Creating an environment that promotes quality and teamwork, supporting the mission of Microtel and Charles Pointe Hospitality.
  8. Making sound judgment calls aligned with company principles.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or the General Manager, with responsibilities evolving as the business changes.
