About the Role

Night Guest Attendant at WoodSpring Suites in Everett, WA. Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem-solving Night Guest Attendant. This is a highly visible, after-hours front-line role and the first point of contact for guests, primarily working independently during the overnight shift.

Primary Duties

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular overnight inspections of the property to ensure safety and security.
  • Guest Services: Assist with after-hours check-in and check-out, provide excellent customer service, and address guest needs or concerns.
  • Laundry Duties: Complete laundry responsibilities (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens and towels) and maintain a clean, organized laundry area.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas). Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed; perform room preps if housekeeping was unable to clear a room during the day shift.
  • Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for property and guests.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in solving problems.

Physical Requirements

  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
