Night Guest Attendant – WoodSpring Suites, Tucson, AZ

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. This highly visible customer service role is the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests, with primary responsibilities during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular overnight inspections of the property to ensure safety and security.
  • Guest Services: Check in/check out guests after hours, provide excellent customer service, and address guest needs or concerns.
  • Laundry Duties: Perform laundry tasks (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens and towels) and maintain a clean, organized laundry area.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean as needed (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas), stock and distribute cleaning supplies, and perform room preps for rooms not cleared during the day shift.
  • Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and address security needs for the property and guests.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive in solving problems.

Physical Requirements

  • Tasks involve kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
