What to Expect
- Develop, implement, and oversee online sales strategies through retail partners and authorized marketplace resellers
- Analyze historical data and sales trends to predict demand and create accurate sales forecasts
- Monitor online market conditions and competitive activities to identify necessary strategy changes
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including SEO, paid ads, email, and social marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
What is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, e-commerce, or a related field, focusing on Amazon or similar marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and understand consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and meet targets
