Base pay and compensation

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $29.00/hr. Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in specific circumstances ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
