We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Smartpress Large Format team in Duncan, South Carolina. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the bindery or large format department including leadership functions, supervising, mentoring and coaching employees. You will lead a team of bindery/large format leads and operators, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of print finishing tasks. You are responsible for training new and existing employees on the most efficient and effective methods of machine set-up, SOP, and process flow. You will also be responsible for the overall effectiveness of your team members including managing variable costs such as direct labor and materials, reducing waste, reducing re-work, and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives and Core Values. This position handles performance reviews, staff development, employee engagement, scheduling labor, and addressing any necessary disciplinary actions as required.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
