Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Operating Room settings. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in various surgical specialties, be equipped to handle trauma cases, and possess excellent skills in both circulating and scrubbing. Experience in a large trauma level 1 facility is essential.
Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective patient care in high-stress surgical environments.
Assist with various surgical procedures, ensuring all safety protocols and practices are followed.
Collaborate with medical teams to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work history information is complete for submissions.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of two years of experience in an Operating Room and large trauma level 1 setting within the last year.
EPIC experience from within the past two years is mandatory.
Ability to circulate and scrub for various surgical types, including orthopedic, urological, oncology, general, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, cardiovascular, and trauma surgeries.
Current BLS certification.
Ability to explain all employment gaps over 90 days.
