Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, One overnight call per week.
Job Description A CVOR Traveler with current experience is needed to support the Operating Room. Candidates should be comfortable with a variety of cardiac procedures including CABGs, AVR, MVR, TVR, Ascending Aorta Replacements, ECMO, and Impellas. Pediatric cardiac experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Assist with various cardiac surgical procedures in a high-acuity environment.
Prepare and manage operating room equipment and surgical instruments.
Collaborate effectively with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in surgical procedures, maintaining a focus on patient safety and care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of 3 years of CVOR experience required.
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
Must have Level 1 trauma experience.
