Our client, an insurance company located in Hartford, CT, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. This full-time, hybrid role (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) will run through early March and offers the opportunity to manage and support the execution of high-volume, fast-paced marketing projects across multiple business units. It is compensating up to $35 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Job Responsibilities: Manage low-to-medium complexity marketing projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Maintain and update project details in Workfront, including tasks, timelines, resources, and approvals. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align expectations and manage marketing requests. Support team operations, including project setup, closeout, and documentation maintenance. Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to leadership. Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring effective communication across teams. Candidate Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of project management experience required; marketing/advertising environment preferred. High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, motivated, and adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront strongly preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
