Key Responsibilities
Manage general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Perform month-end close processes and prepare accurate financial reports.
Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and reconciliations.
Partner with operations to ensure accuracy of manufacturing and inventory data.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Collaborate with global finance teams and leadership as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
Experience with
SAP Business One
strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and international environment.
