The successful candidate will have notable experience handling complex intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on trademark, unfair competition, patent, and trade secret cases, and will demonstrate knowledge of current intellectual property litigation, prosecution, data privacy, and technology-related legal issues.

Handle complex intellectual property litigation with emphasis on trademark, unfair competition, patent, and trade secret cases. Apply knowledge of current intellectual property litigation, prosecution, data privacy, and technology-related legal issues in practice. Qualifications
Admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to seek admission within 12 months following date of employment. Litigation experience with excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with e-discovery and e-discovery programs is a plus. International experience and foreign language skill are a plus but not required.
