Founded in 2012, Devtech is a team of over 300 professionals across Europe and North America, continuing to grow globally. What you’ll do Pursue new business opportunities to acquire new clients. Identify and develop key relationships with existing clients to grow sales revenue. Work directly with senior decision-makers (e.g., CTO, CDO, CPO, VP of Engineering) to ensure satisfaction and identify up-sell opportunities. Own the sales funnel across the entire cycle – from lead to close. Own all sales conversion metrics and monthly goals. Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Provide solutions to complex business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Generate a healthy opportunity pipeline for both existing and new accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and deliver exceptional service. Collaborate with leadership on business unit enhancements to improve efficiencies and client relations. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the technology sector. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. What you’ll need At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, including new logo acquisition and account management. A track record of exceeding revenue quotas and ensuring contract renewals. Solution sales experience in a digital engineering services capacity. Experience selling professional services or software to clients in cybersecurity, telecommunications, hosting, ISP, MSP, or digital marketplace sectors. Understanding of cloud enablement strategies, channel, and market trends. High energy, a winning attitude, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
