We are seeking a
Senior Accountant
to support financial reporting, fund accounting, and portfolio management for a growing private equity firm. This role will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to investors and leadership.

Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and capital account statements.
Track fund performance, capital calls, and distributions.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory filings, and audit requirements.
Partner with investment teams on valuations, budgets, and portfolio analysis.
Support process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
3-5 years of accounting experience (private equity, asset management, or public accounting a plus).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and investment/fund accounting.
Proficiency with Excel and financial systems (e.g., Investran, Yardi, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
