Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, job costing, month-end close, and financial reporting). Manage subcontractor compliance, AIA billings, lien waivers, and collections. Partner with CFO and project managers to monitor job costs and financial performance. Handle reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and year-end audit preparation. Support process automation and documentation using Sage 300 CRE, Office Connector, and Scribe. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience in construction or project-based industries. Hands-on AIA billing and subcontractor compliance experience strongly preferred. Experience with Sage 300 CRE (or similar ERP). CPA a plus, but not required.
