About the team The Marketing team is high-performing, efficient, and collaborative and partners with our Sales and Product Development teams to drive business to our Dice brand. About the role As VP, Marketing, you will report directly to the President of Dice and be recognized for your leadership, strategy, team building and empathy skills. You will lead our entire marketing function, including B2B, B2C, brand strategy, digital, product marketing, and demand generation. This executive will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategies, driving growth across multiple customer segments, and ensuring our brand stands out in the marketplace. The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on operator who can translate strategy into execution while building and mentoring a high-performing team. In the role, your key responsibilities will include
Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across B2B and B2C channels. Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy and business planning. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Brand & Communications Define and elevate the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Oversee brand communications, PR, thought leadership, and executive visibility. Champion storytelling and positioning to differentiate our products and services in the market. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Lead multi-channel demand generation strategies for B2B and B2C audiences. Build scalable acquisition and retention programs across digital, social, email, content, events, and partnerships. Implement data-driven marketing to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Product & Customer Marketing Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies for new offerings. Develop clear messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools for both B2B and B2C segments. Gather customer insights to influence product development and enhance the customer journey. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, product marketing, and creative functions. Establish clear performance goals, accountability frameworks, and career development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. What you bring to the team

Perspective on how AI is changing Marketing SaaS digital growth experience An understanding of the Technology industry and/or job boards Extensive progressive marketing experience, with experience in a senior leadership role. Proven success leading integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies in a growth-oriented organization. Strong expertise in brand management, demand generation, digital marketing, and product marketing. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact on revenue growth and market share. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills across executive and cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategy.
