Job Details

Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive and Office Management Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our executive team, coordinating office operations, and managing schedules and expenses in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence. 2. Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. 3. Manage and reconcile expenses, including tracking receipts, processing expense reports, and liaising with the finance department. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking flights, accommodations, and arranging transportation. 5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. 6. Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including drafting, proofreading, and editing. 7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficiency. 8. Manage special projects as assigned by the executive team.

Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in office management within a law firm. 2. Proficiency in office management systems and procedures. 3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Strong knowledge of calendar management and scheduling. 6. Experience with expense management and budgeting. 7. High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. 8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. 9. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations. 10. Bachelor’s degree 11. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
