$85,000 - $95,000 + Annual Bonus (~7.5%) Work Arrangement:
100% In-Office Opportunity: We are seeking a
Senior Accountant
to play a key role in overseeing financial operations across multiple entities. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring accuracy in general ledgers, cash flow, and reporting while supporting company growth and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage general ledgers, cash flow, and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile accounts.
Oversee property tax reporting and assist with audits.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
CPA designation a plus.
Team & Culture: The Accounting & Finance department consists of ~50 professionals across Accounts Payable, Billing, and Staff Accounting, with leadership including the VP of Accounting, FP&A Director, HR Director, Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, and CFO. Most team members start between 6:30-7:00 AM, with flexibility for family schedules.
