Grants Reporting Specialist
to join their finance team and play a key role in managing contracts, budgets, and compliance across a diverse portfolio of funding sources. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of keeping financial operations aligned with funder requirements. What You'll Be Doing Prepare and submit expense vouchers, invoices, and fiscal reports to government and private funders. Maintain a calendar of reporting deadlines and ensure timely submissions. Create journal entries and maintain contract documentation in the financial database. Collaborate with Program Directors to align budgets with actuals and ensure proper allocation of funds. Track and manage grant budgets, salary allocations, and expenses. Serve as a liaison to external funders and contract monitors. Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of fiscal processes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. At least 3 years of grant reporting experience in the nonprofit sector. Familiarity with Financial Edge NXT and fund accounting is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Digitally inclined with an interest in automating processes. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Why Apply?
