TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Polysomnographer for a travel job in Fargo, North Dakota. Polysomnographer ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Shift: 12 hours, nights ~ Employment Type: Travel We're looking for Sleep Technicians for an immediate travel opening in Fargo, ND. As a Sleep Technician, you will conduct overnight sleep studies to diagnose and monitor patients with sleep disorders. Youll work closely with physicians to ensure accurate testing and contribute to patient care by collecting and interpreting sleep-related data. Prepare patients for overnight polysomnographic studies by explaining procedures and attaching monitoring equipment Monitor patients' physiological responses during sleep using EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG, respiratory, and oxygen saturation equipment Ensure accurate data collection and documentation throughout the study Recognize medical emergencies and respond according to protocol Maintain and calibrate sleep lab equipment Follow infection control and privacy standards Work overnight shifts, typically 10-12 hours in duration Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification and hold the RPSGT National Certification. Sleep Technicians should be able to stay alert throughout long night shifts, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care. Requirements*: BLS, BRPT (RPSGT), 2 Years * Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
