We are currently actively interviewing for the Bike Delivery Courier position at our San Francisco store located at 1215 4th Street, San Francisco, CA 94758. As a Bike Courier, you are the main face our customers see outside of the bakery, delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY COURIER?
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions, whether in-person or by phone.
- Use Insomnia’s delivery app to ensure compliance with company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- Own a bike in working order
- Have a smartphone with a data plan
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
