Office Administrator – Cheyenne, WY

SWi, LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Cheyenne team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll handle day-to-day office tasks, provide clerical and organizational support, and assist with payroll/timekeeping data entry in ePay. You'll also be a front-line contact for visitors and employees, keeping the office running smoothly and professionally.

What You'll Do

  • Front Office & Clerical
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist customers.
  • Perform general clerical duties (filing, scanning, organizing paperwork).
  • Support managers and field teams with scheduling and paperwork.
  • Assist with retail sales transactions through the Lightspeed POS system.
  • Perform light office cleaning to maintain a professional environment.
  • Payroll & Timekeeping Support
  • Collect and verify weekly employee timecards.
  • Enter payroll data into ePay for review/processing.
  • Serve as first point of contact for basic payroll/timecard questions (escalating anything complex).
  • Compliance & Recordkeeping Support
  • Track and maintain license/certification renewal dates.
  • Organize safety training and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with preparing audit files as requested.

You'll Be a Good Fit If You...

  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Have strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new systems.
  • Have experience with payroll systems (ePay experience a plus) or POS systems.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and helping others succeed.

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: $18–$21/hour depending on experience.
  • Full-time position.
  • Insurance eligibility after 2 full months of employment.
  • Holiday pay eligibility after 6 months.
  • Vacation begins accruing after 1 year.
  • After 1 year, SWi contributes 3% of gross wages into a SEP retirement account.
