Junior Office Coordinator – Temporary to hire

Midtown | On-site

We’re seeking a Junior Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is an excellent entry point into a well-established, professional company for someone early in their career who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, working with people, and managing details with precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and office events
  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships
  • Provide administrative support and assist various departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
