Office Coordinator role at TriHealth. This Part-time Day front desk position is based at the Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic on the Bethesda Butler Campus. The role involves supporting staff, management, and medical personnel with clerical duties and customer service in a high-performing, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an organizational and problem-solving contact in the office setting under supervision.
  • Support staff, management, and medical personnel with duties essential to the department or office, including data entry, billing, recordkeeping, correspondence, patient contact, registration, time/attendance, scheduling of staff, contractors, patients, or customers, and monitoring/upkeep of equipment, technology, and supplies.
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, routing calls, problem resolution, and customer service as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Independent thinker
  • 1-2 years of clerical experience in a related field
