Senior Program Manager, Amazon Operations, Amazon Brazil Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Leader to spearhead our Ultrafast Delivery Operations in Brazil. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing Ultrafast Delivery initiatives while managing end-to-end operations across the country.

Position Overview: As the Senior Program Manager for Ultrafast Delivery Operations, you will drive the strategy and execution of our ultrafast delivery services, ensuring operational excellence and market leadership in Brazil. You will build and lead high-performing teams while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands
  • Lead and scale operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Drive operational improvements through data-driven decision making and process optimization
  • Collaborate with retail partners, operations teams, and global stakeholders to implement best practices
  • Manage P&L responsibilities while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
  • Identify and execute opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency
  • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across retail, operations, and support functions

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • English Language - Reading, Writing and Speaking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
