The IT Department is looking for an
IT Specialist- Help Desk l
in Sheboygan to be a primary point of contact for technical assistance and support of Van Horn Automotive Group systems. This position will troubleshoot, identify problems, and implement resolutions that minimize downtime.

Perform and provide technical support for incoming inquiries on issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware involved in the Van Horn Automotive Group's operations. Records resolutions and issues in ticketing system for tracking. Respond to inquiries through the ticketing system, email, phone, and in person. Follow up with users on their issues to confirm resolution. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Associates degree or better in technology or related field preferred Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills Understanding Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems
