Red Hat OpenShift & DevOps Engineer
to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade container platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
container orchestration, automation, security, monitoring, and DevOps practices , with proven experience in managing complex multi-cluster OpenShift environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage
Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
clusters across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Implement and maintain
cluster security
using
Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS) . Manage
multi-cluster environments
with
Red Hat ACM (Advanced Cluster Management) . Automate infrastructure and configuration management using
Ansible . Implement and support
CI/CD pipelines
using
GitLab/GitHub
integrations. Monitor platform health using
Splunk
and
logging with Loki Stack . Implement
backup and restore strategies
with
Red Hat OADP and Velero . Manage container storage with
Ceph
and
Red Hat ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation) . Maintain and secure container registries using
Quay . Deploy and manage applications with
ArgoCD (GitOps methodology) . Provide operational support and manage incidents/requests using
ServiceNow
or similar ticketing tools. Must-Have Skills:
