We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers / Truck Brokers who are ready to make a move from their current brokerage home to one that offers higher commission splits, independence, and a supportive environment.
Position:
Remote Truck Broker (Independent Contractor – 1099)
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow your own book of business with existing customers and carriers.
Secure freight from shippers and negotiate rates with carriers.
Build strong long-term relationships with customers, drivers, and carriers.
Provide outstanding customer service and communication throughout the life of each load.
Ensure on-time pick-up, delivery, and proper load tracking.
Handle spot market and contract freight opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all load activity.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a freight broker / truck broker.
Proven book of business with established customer relationships.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong carrier network and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and reliable.
Proficiency with TMS systems, email, and phone sales.
Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor.
