Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high percentage split, mentoring and back office support. Responsibilities: Maintain and develop your own shipping customers and prospect for new accounts Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers Tracking and documenting relevant activities Agent's Receive: High percentage splits (uncapped commissions) Back office support Access to a qualified leads database Access to ~10,000 carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriers Full visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions Customized CRM Benefits available Requirements: Experienced freight broker Established and portable book of business Entrepreneurial mind set with a desire to maximize income on a commission basis Company Overview:
