We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and help expand our presence in the legal community.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Administrative Assistant will play a dual role in supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives and handling key administrative tasks, including booking travel and acting as an assistant to our Chief Operations Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media content
  • Help coordinate events, webinars, and networking engagements
  • Maintain and update website content, attorney bios, and marketing materials
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports on campaigns

Administrative & Travel Coordination

  • Book domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Manage travel itineraries and make last-minute adjustments as needed
  • Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to Chief Operations Officer

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience preferred in a marketing, administrative, or executive assistant role (law firm or professional services preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress) is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience booking complex travel arrangements is required
