As a vital member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee a robust advancement operation, focusing on developing a strategic fundraising plan, engaging with top donors and institutional funders, and expanding major gifts and Board fundraising operations. This is a key role in achieving our ambitious target of generating $20 billion in wealth for workers by 2030 and establishing shared ownership as a new benchmark in corporate America. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Founder and Board. Leverage a strong network of corporate leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and philanthropic partners. Lead and mentor a team of five fundraising professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in philanthropy, demonstrate expertise in movement-building, and show a deep commitment to the principles of economic justice and wealth equity.
