Responsibilities

• Work on technical development for program infrastructure, including internal tools and automation.
• Design, develop, and launch solutions that meet client and user needs.
• Drive progress in team focus areas, including AI-enabled workflows.
• Gather requirements and create and maintain internal and external documentation.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• 3 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• Experience in development workflow management (e.g., Agile) and in navigating infrastructure in a large technical organization.
• Experience working with Google App Script, prototyping environments, AI-powered development tools, and integration with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to collaborate and communicate as part of a distributed technical team, and distill requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for gathering stakeholder requirements, solving problems, designing solutions, navigating infrastructure requirements and policies, and developing a codebase.

Disclaimer: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is influenced by location, skill, experience, and education. Recruiters can share location-specific details during the hiring process. Compensation details listed reflect base salary and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
