Work on technical development for program infrastructure, including internal tools and automation. Design, develop, and launch solutions that meet client and user needs. Drive progress in team focus areas, including AI-enabled workflows. Gather requirements and create and maintain internal and external documentation. Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java). 3 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers. Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP). Experience in development workflow management (e.g., Agile) and in navigating infrastructure in a large technical organization. Experience working with Google App Script, prototyping environments, AI-powered development tools, and integration with Large Language Models (LLMs). Ability to collaborate and communicate as part of a distributed technical team, and distill requirements from non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills. About The Job
