Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery - $1,798 per week in Asheville, NC

The unit encompasses a total of 10 beds. There are 8 staff members on the unit. The staffing includes Day Shift RNs, Charge Nurses, and Patient Care Technicians, as well as Night Shift RNs and Charge Nurses. Patient ratios are typically 1:3-4. Equipment used includes Baxter Pumps and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring systems. Electronic medical record system in use is Cerner and FetaLink. Typical procedures performed in the unit include vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst. The ideal candidate should possess an outgoing and friendly personality. Adaptability is essential in this role.
