Summary: INSPYR Solutions seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its retail electricity client. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving recruiting excellence by managing requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors, overseeing hiring transactions, and ensuring accuracy across the recruiting lifecycle. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align hiring processes with workforce needs, while also supporting key recruiting programs. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about process improvement, data integrity, and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities: Manage job requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors. Post and maintain jobs across internal and external job boards. Review hiring data and offer letters to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with TA, HR, and business leaders to support hiring processes and workforce planning. Support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume hiring, or internal mobility. Help teams adopt and embrace updates to TA processes and tools. Skills/ Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS. Background in supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume recruiting, or internal mobility). Experience auditing data for accuracy and compliance Strong collaboration and communication skills. Working Conditions:
Hybrid role based in Lehi, UT, with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Candidates may work 100% remote if based in Houston, TX. Minimal travel required for business or project needs. Flexibility to adjust schedule occasionally to support key initiatives or special projects. Work is primarily sedentary, involving computer-based tasks.
