As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving recruiting excellence by managing requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors, overseeing hiring transactions, and ensuring accuracy across the recruiting lifecycle. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align hiring processes with workforce needs, while also supporting key recruiting programs. What You'll Do: * Manage job requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors. * Post and maintain jobs across internal and external job boards. * Review hiring data and offer letters to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Partner with TA, HR, and business leaders to support hiring processes and workforce planning. * Support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume hiring, or internal mobility. * Help teams adopt and embrace updates to TA processes and tools.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support. * Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS. * Background in supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume recruiting, or internal mobility). * Experience auditing data for accuracy and compliance * Strong collaboration and communication skills.
